The 'Cross-World' campaign will apply to those interested in purchasing single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes across 10 projects, including iLife Prime Rama 2 Km. 14, iLife Prime 2 Rama 2 Km. 14, iLife Prime Pracha Uthit 90, iLife Prima Setthakij-Bangpla, iLife Town Ratchaphruek-Kanchanaphisek, iLife Prime Ring Road-Rangsit Klong 4, Kanda Place Ring Road-Lam Luk Ka Klong 6, iLife Prima Theparak-Bang Bo, iLife Prime 2 (Thalang), and iLife Prime Pattaya-Jomtien, with prices starting from 1.95 to 7.4 million baht, available from August 1-31, 2022.
“The company aims to create opportunities for customers to own homes, thus continuously organizing promotions. Previously, we held the 'Match Hot, Hot Promotion' campaign, offering single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes starting from 1.95 to 7.4 million baht, and the 'Kanda Expo Home Money-Making Fair: Anyone Can Be an Investor Easily' campaign, where booking a Kanda home provides a rental return of 6% per year for up to 6 years.
